PLEASE BRING: SRVA MEMBERSHIP & USAV MEDICAL RELEASE FORM YOU MUST HAVE THESE TWO DOCUMENTS COMPLETED TO TRYOUT!!!

You must tryout for the age group as specified by the SRVA age definition calendar (This does not mean you cannot play up, this is just for tryouts)
